NextScent was founded by industry veterans who helped introduce the idea of scent marketing to global brands in 2005. Since then, they have developed patented scent systems and signature fragrances used by many of the most iconic brands, properties and small businesses around the world. Now they are working to transform homes, businesses and brands with advanced air care and scent solutions that are safer, smarter, eco-friendly and more affordable for everyone.
David Amaral
Founder, CEO
Former Sr. Executive of ScentAir from 2005 – 2017 who oversaw International sales and distributor development to 90+ countries. He lived in Hong Kong 2013 – 2016 to establish offices in Hong Kong, Macau and China. David helped develop and manage global brand scent programs for Starwood, Marriott, The Ritz Carlton, Shangri-La Hotel, Pandora Asia, Bolia, Zara Home, Sands Casino Group, Crown Melco Gaming and dozens more.
Dave Blaylock
Founder, Vice President
Industry pioneer and former Director of Product Development and Operations at ScentAir 2004 – 2017. He lead the product design and development of ScentAir’s primary delivery systems. He management the major casino and large property deployments in Las Vegas, Dubai and Macau. Co-Patent Inventor and Developer for ScentAir’s ScentWave and ScentDirect systems.

Fragrance Executive
Mark Knitowski is a highly successful Fragrance/Product Innovation/Customer Insights executive with a record of fragrance awards and multiple product patents. Creator/Curator of the top fragrances in the US market (Bombshell, Tease, Very Sexy), led Victoria’s Secret business to #1 Fragrance Brand in the US, with over $1.1 Billion in sales in 2021. Mark is a highly influential fragrance industry expert.
